Future buyers will ask the same questions you ask now. Keep copies of the V5C, invoice, transport details, VRT paperwork, NCTS registration evidence and any MOT or service records. That file can make the car easier to sell later.

If you cannot collect the evidence at purchase time, it may be impossible to rebuild the story after the car is already registered in Ireland.
